

As one of this country's most versatile performers, Tim Campbell has captivated and entertained millions as an actor, singer and host. Tim is best known on Australian TV for playing the role of Dan Baker on Seven's Home & Away. Previous to this he also starred in Big Sky (Ten) and Snobs (Nine), plus guest roles on Wildside (ABC), White Collar Blue (Ten), Always Greener (Seven), McLeods Daughters (Nine), Police Rescue (ABC), Water Rats (Nine), Australians At War (ABC). He also appeared in the American series of Beastmaster and The Lost World and in US movies Dynasty Behind The Scenes and The Great Raid with Benjamin Bratt and Joseph Fiennes.
In 2007, Tim made his professional musical theatre debut as Roger in the Perth production of Rent, while in the same year playing the role of Stage Manager in Our Town. He then went on to portray the iconic Johnny O’Keefe with critical acclaim in the 2008 season of SHOUT! The Legend of The Wild One. In 2009 he played Bobby Van Husen in The Production Company’s The Boyfriend.
As a singer, Tim has performed in various productions around Australia, Asia and the Middle East, including appearances at Carols In The Domain, Perth Telethon and The Good Friday Appeal for the Seven Network and Carols By Candlelight for the Nine Network.
On TV, Tim was the host Million Dollar Wheel of Fortune and The Celebrity Singing Bee for the Nine Network, and also the host of National Bingo Night and a presenter for Discover Tasmania and Sydney Weekender for the Seven Network. He also hotfooted it on Dancing with the Stars in early 2007, coming third in the series.
In 2008, off the back of The Celebrity Singing Bee, Tim launched his band The Tim Campbell Retro Experience which continues to excite and entertain audiences around the country at corporate galas and events. This year Tim will also make a return to TV drama with roles in Sea Patrol and Dead Normal for the ABC. Tim is very excited to join this brilliant cast in the amazing world wide smash WICKED
